So it's lemon tart time. I found the biggest, most beautiful lemons. I only had to juice 5 instead of the 8 that the recipe called for, they were that juicy. I should had taken a before and after picture. Oh well, maybe next time. Anyway, here's the aftermath.......

WOW-those look amazing! That looks like a 70's cookbook glossy photo. Tell Uly I love the new haircut. That ROAR picture is great. My neighbor's kid is almost 3 and is really into that Roar thing too.
