this time of year, every year since we've been in sacramento crows will migrate to roost at this grouping of trees right outside our house. it's pretty amazing. i wish i could capture it closer in a photo. caw~caws fill the air and at some moments(the ones that i miss as my flash is recharging!) there are hundreds of birds over head making the entire sky filled with flying polka dots.
